Tara Croker
- Entrepreneur, Food
Founder & CEO of Yaala Sparkling | Sydney, NSW
Business is my ikigai. My entrepreneurial spirit was ignited early on which drives my constant pursuit of knowledge and innate ability to identify efficiencies. Having worked many years for a national Newspaper portfolio with daily deadlines, I thrive in a fast paced and ever evolving environment, though love a plan and prize a well kept inbox (colour coded and all).
I have solid experience in all aspects of Marketing, in particular:
– Campaign planning, management & analysis
– Event management & execution
– Brand creation & identity
– Communication channel lifecycles
– Partnership and sponsorship management & negotiations
– Strategy inception based on analytical nature & a data-first approach
As a proud Wiradjuri yinaa (woman), my passion for diversity, equity and inclusion is personal and authentic. Travelling to over 50 countries and living abroad has fuelled my fascination with different perspectives and life on a global scale.
I studied a double degree in Business Administration and International Studies during which I achieved numerous academic awards. I am continually seeking to invest in my professional growth and have participated in an array of leadership programs and professional development workshops.
For fun I love to scuba dive, go to the theatre, support the local foodie scene and experiment with native Australian botanicals.
