WellSet believes in a holistic approach to well-being that treats the body as a whole. Utilising food as medicine with the latest science to optimise all body systems. We complement this with the intelligent movement of form-driven Pilates….After graduating from a four year Bachelor of Design, Karen has worked in design and advertising agencies around the world for almost 20 years. Whilst working in for a design agency in Hong Kong, Karen decided to deepen her passion for Pilates by studying the Polestar Method with over 600 hours of training. This led to a desire to take a more holistic approach to wellness and study a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine. Karen began her company WellSet, to bring a holistic approach to well-being that treats the body as a whole. Utilising food as medicine with the latest science to optimise all body systems. This is complemented with the intelligent movement of form-driven Pilates.
