For over 25 years I have had the pleasure of strategically supporting innovative Founders and CEO’s navigate periods of transformative change, both in tenured CEO and MD roles, and also long term advisory and leadership coaching engagements.
Today, my singular focus is consulting to and coaching ambitious and innovative business leaders, those genuinely committed to making a transformational impact on their business, brand and community.
Utilising a bespoke methodology focused on defining their strategic vision, aligning their executive and non-executive teams, and refining their tactical approach, the objective is to fully realise their professional and personal aspirations.
Together with my clients we have created multiple case studies of successful transformation, built world renowned brands, and created significant value and multiple exit events. These outcomes have been achieved across start-up, high growth and turn around environments, in both good economic times and in the midst of the Great Recession in the USA.
The methods may be many, but the principles that underpin successful and sustainable transformation are few, and embedding these principles into the DNA of my clients culture is what drives me.
